MMC will take on either the entire recruitment process of your employees or only a part of it. We look for and find specialist and management personnel who are best suited to your tasks, your team and your company.

The approach we take, in terms of the search and contact made with candidates, is carried out according to the given situation in each case, and also in line with your wishes and your budget.

In carrying out a search, we will of course also make use of the option of database research, and also of our wide international network and our own knowledge of the particular industry.

Alternatively, or as a supplementary approach, we can also carry out your search through the placing of advertisements (internet and/or print).

A brief feedback report, issued to you on a weekly basis, will keep you informed on the current status of the search project.
