In addition to this, he was able to complete a range of further useful certified additional training courses, covering areas such as (team-) coaching, performance coaching, innovation management and change management, as well as mediation and moderation.
In the course of his professional career, Guido Malzkorn has been responsible for bringing numerous projects to a very successful conclusion; for example, in the areas of M&A, post-merger integration, the setting up of greenfield operations in Asia and South America, intensive international recruiting at top management level, employer branding, divestures, carve-outs, restructuring and reorganisation, partial business closures and business transfers, etc.
His most outstanding personal qualities are his faculties for analytical perception, his ability to use contextual thinking, good process orientation, an entrepreneurial style of thinking and dealing, the ability not only to develop strategies but also to implement these effectively and successfully and, finally, his well-developed social skills in dealing with both employees and managerial staff, as well as employees’ representatives and investors.
